As a parent of autistic children, finding transportation that understands, respects, and genuinely cares for my kids is extremely important to me. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my children feel comfortable, safe, and supported. They understand that every day can be different, and they are patient and compassionate in those moments. What really stands out to me is how quickly they address any concerns. If an issue ever came up, they didn't make excuses or allow it to continue—they listened, communicated with me, and solved the problem in that moment. That level of responsiveness and willingness to make things right means so much to a parent. As our journey ends with this company I can't thank them ENOUGH! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! The communication is TOP TIER… The moment I inquired the response was right away. Of coarse trusting someone with your child can be a very nervous thing to do. But my son loves the driver Earl & Annie is very helpful, kind, friendly and extremely humble and appreciative!! I recommend 10/10!!

I was in a real bind at the beginning of the school year, and almost had to put my kids in two different daycares. Thankfully my mom was able to find Annie's Angels and saved me from a difficult decision. I only needed transportation for my oldest who was in kindergarten. Her after care was at the daycare where my youngest attended preschool. I was unable to use the services offered by the daycare due to the school being out of range. I was looking at other services and no one was willing to go the distance. I was so grate to have met Annie through my mom, because I didn't want to have my kids in two different daycare. She set us up with Miss Tiffany as our driver and everything worked out wonderfully. I really liked how flexible there were with my daughters schedule and how I didn't have to stress about whether my daughter was pickup or not. They made the year go by so smoothly, I am very grateful!

From the moment I called to inquire about service for my daughter we have received nothing but the best service. Ms. Annie is very thorough, patient and understanding. My daughter loves how she is super nice and warm welcoming. We are very happy to be apart of the family! Highly recommend!

Utilized service a few months for my son who has autism. In the beginning communication was great and driver Michael treated my son like family. Lately lack of communication started to happen. The driver wasn't alerting me via text nor phone about my child being picked up & dropped off at his ABA center and dropped off back home. It was 4:20pm I called the driver to check to see was everyone okay and see when my child would be dropped off at home. When the driver answer the phone; he told me doesn't like the feeling of being checked on & don't make it seem like he can't do his job. As a parent (mother) I was shocked that the driver would speak to me this way. It was totally disrespectful & unprofessional.
